3030 A.R. Lorgust 9th. Lia, a brilliant scientist, died in a fire caused by The Blackout, an unprecedented event in this rich area protected by a dome, the Drums.##Brok, former boxer, is forced to move to the Slums with Graff, the son of his recently deceased wife. Both are crushed with sorrow, but have to make-do anyway.##Unlike Brok who originated here, Graff used to live under the dome, protected from danger, and now has to inhabit this polluted and threatening place.##They are from different worlds, don't know each other that much...and Brok never had to take care of a child before. Furthermore, the alligator has to find a new job to provide for this kid. Will they be able to adapt and confront the dangers of this world?

3030 A.R. Lorgust, ziua 9. Lia, un om de știință strălucit, a murit într-un incendiu provocat de Pana de curent, un eveniment fără precedent în această zonă bogată, protejată de o cupolă, Domurile. ##Brok, fost boxer, este forțat să se mute în Mahalale împreună cu Graff, fiul soției sale recent decedate. Amândoi sunt zdrobiți de durere, dar trebuie să se descurce oricum. ##Spre deosebire de Brok, care își are originea aici, Graff obișnuia să trăiască sub dom, protejat de pericole, iar acum trebuie să locuiască în acest loc poluat și amenințător. ##Sunt din lumi diferite, nu se cunosc așa bine... și Brok nu a trebuit niciodată să aibă grijă de un copil. În plus, aligatorul trebuie să găsească o slujbă nouă pentru ca să întrețină acest copil. Vor fi capabili să se adapteze și să înfrunte pericolele acestei lumi?
